As these uncertain times continue, we want to reassure all our customers that we will be operating usual business hours to keep you stocked up with leather throughout the lockdown period.
The health and wellbeing of the team here will always be our first priority. Therefore, in line with Government guidelines, as of Thursday 5th November, we will no longer be able to accept any visitors to our warehouse. No exceptions. Please do not make the journey as you will not be permitted entry into the warehouse.
Any online orders will be fulfilled as usual, click here to visit our online shop. Please bear in mind with increasing demands on carriers, especially in the run up to Christmas, there may be occasional delays with delivery. Tracking info is now emailed out once your order is dispatched, so you can keep up to date with your parcel’s progress and we’re always on hand to help out if you’ve got any problems. As part of the new lockdown restrictions, we have had to temporarily remove the “locals collect from warehouse” option as this encourages non-essential travel. All orders placed will be dispatched with a delivery service.
This also unfortunately means that we’ve had to postpone our sale event again! With things as they are, we cannot yet give a new date but we’re going to do our very best to make it happen sometime this month: keep your eyes on social media for further updates.
