Our warehouse will be closing at 1700 on Monday 21st of December. 

CUT OFF FOR PRE-CHRISTMAS ORDERS IS 9AM MONDAY 21st DECEMBER. 

Last day to collect online orders from the warehouse will be Friday 18th December.

The warehouse will re-open on Monday 4th of January. 

During the shut down period we will be conducting behind the scenes maintenance and upgrades on the website and online shop. We’ve got loads of exciting new ideas for 2021, so we want to take this opportunity to improve load times, functionality and performance- we don’t want it crashing again on our next super sale! This means we will be disabling the online shopping function from 9am on Monday 21st December. There may also be intermittent periods where the website is completely down in maintenance mode, although we will do our very best to keep this to the absolute minimum. 

The online shopping function will be re-activated on Friday 1st January 2021, so you can get your orders in over that first weekend to be dispatched as soon as we re-open on the Monday. 

Finally, we just wanted to add a note to say a huge thank you to all of our customers who’ve supported us throughout such a difficult year! Your response to our online shop has honestly been phenomenal and we’re all truly grateful for your support. As we strive to constantly improve, please continue to give us feedback, tell us what new products you’d like to see, and which services we can improve etc. As mentioned above we’ve got loads of new ideas for 2021 which we can’t wait to share with you!
