Terms and Conditions

Prices

Our prices are under constant review but this should not affect your order. The price the customer will pay for an item will be as shown for that item at the time the order is placed. A delivery charge will be added.

All prices shown on the website are in British Pounds Sterling £ and include VAT.

Contract

The contract between J Wood Leathers and the customer applies when payment is received by us and you have received confirmation by e-mail that your order is accepted.

A product becomes a bespoke product if any alteration from a standard product is requested.

Products are dispatched after the payment is cleared.

Your Order

Orders are subject to availability. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone if there is an issue with supply of any specific product.

UK Delivery Charges

A standard next day delivery charge will be added to all orders for the UK mainland (excludes UK islands). This is a flat rate for product weight upto 20Kg. Please see our order and delivery page for full details.

International Orders, plus Northern Ireland, UK Islands, Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey, additional shipping charges will apply. Please enquire for details.

International Customers

If the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due.

Returning an Item

We accept returns of stock items within the “cooling off period”, and faulty items. Please see our separate returns page, which forms part of our terms and conditions.

Security and Payment

All payment details are encrypted when the payment is taken on the SagePay website. The SSL certificate can be viewed by clicking on the padlock  in the browser.

Your Rights

We trade in accordance with the laws and statutes in force in the United Kingdom.
