Cooling off period
We will accept return requests within 14 calendar days of delivery (cooling off period) as long as the item has not been used, it is in the new condition as delivered, and it is not a bespoke item such as leather offcuts bags.
Contact us on by e-mail using the e-mail address in the confirmation of the order or on our contact page for returns authorisation.
You then have 14 calendar days to return the item to us.
We will process your refund as soon as we have received the returned item/s and checked that they are in original condition. The refund will be the purchase price.
Please note the following:
- All leather MUST be inspected on receipt BEFORE it is used.
- The item must not be cut, dyed, stitched or used in any way. If it has it cannot be returned.
- We may ask for an independent inspection (see below).
- We will refund the purchase price, only after we receive the item back in its original condition.
- You will be responsible for the shipping of the return item back to us.
Leather is a natural product. Every hide will have its own unique characteristics which may include growth, brand marks & scars. Some small holes/cuts can be present, but these are rare and usually towards the edge of the skin, so easy to work around. We do not classify these imperfections as defects, this is the nature of the beast when dealing with a natural product like leather. However, if you are unhappy with the skin you receive please contact our customer service team for advice.
We will happily refund your costs in returning it to us if an item is genuinely faulty or defective. Please check before returning any goods, as we can only refund the basic shipping charge. We may ask for an independent inspection or proof of the fault before authorising the return (see below).

Inspection of items for return
We reserve the right to have both faulty and non-faulty items independently inspected if we believe that the product may have been tampered with or has suffered unreasonable abuse.
We may request proof of the fault or defect before accepting a return, this may include photos, or in the case of a return in the cooling off period proof of no damage to or abuse of the product.
