Wet moulding leather is more supple and can be moulded to the shape of an object. When it dries, the leather will hold its shape.
For example, a knife sheath is formed with one piece of leather, folded over and wet moulded around the knife.
Only Vegetable Tanned leathers, which are absorbent, can be used for wet moulding.
Veg Tan is also good for carving, tooling and embossing allowing you to customise and decorate your products as required.
