Kensington is a chrome tanned, dyed through leather, finished with a corrected grain. This leather was originally developed specifically for use in the manufacture of baby shoes, the finish is therefore colour fast. This article has a soft handle, but is also hard-wearing, making it ideal for use as a lining leather, for covering books and helmets and for general garment and shoe repairs.Â
